Our App does not collect any data, and the photos or album photos taken are only processed locally and will not be uploaded to the server. Our servers do not collect or store any user data.
1. Local photos can only be uploaded after the user has clearly agreed to the album permissions;
2. Only after clearly obtaining the user's permission to take pictures can the photo processing be carried out;
(3) Settlement
If you purchase products or services directly from the App Store, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method, including any renewal fees. You understand and acknowledge that the prices for your products and services may be adjusted in the future and you will be charged the adjusted prices. If you purchase a subscription from our Products, your subscription will automatically end at each subscription unless you cancel your subscription renewal. If you cancel your subscription, your subscription will end at the end of the current subscription period. You acknowledge that any amounts paid to us will not be refunded. We may provide you with a credit or refund at our sole discretion, but the payment of such credit or refund does not obligate us to provide the credit or refund.
(4) Able to accept the terms of service
You have determined that you are over the age of 13 or emancipated, have the legal permission of your parent or guardian, and are fully able to enter into and comply with the terms, obligations, representations and warranties.
(5) Transfer
